Company History
Countryside Construction has been in business since 1995 as a husband-and-wife general partnership. Over the past eleven years we have specialized in new construction, subcontract labor, remodeling, and historic preservation. Our newest venture is into commercial framing and structural elements. Shawn R. Koon-Nolff
With 20 years of residential construction experience, Shawn is the Builder you will meet with to discuss your construction needs. He is also the man who will work side by side with his crew at your jobsite throughout the duration of your job. With Shawn on the job, you can feel confident that your needs will be met to your complete satisfaction.

Susan D. Nolff
Sue is the one who will make sure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently. Her past experience includes:

• Architectural Rendering and Design
• Property Management and Contract Administration
• Mortgage Loan Officer
• Real Estate Closing Officer

She is currently the Operations Manager here at Countryside Construction. She is eager to share her expertise to assist you in your project needs.
